The Adidas Performance Training Bench is perfect for compound and isolated weight lifting movements thanks to its six levels of position adjustment including flat, incline, decline and upright. It boasts a leg developer for targeting quads and hamstrings with its curl functionality along with a removable preacher pad for bicep isolation training. The leg developer includes an Olympic adapter sleeve, making it suitable for both standard 1″ and Olympic 2″ weight plates.. The training bench features a durable 2.5 inch thick foam back pad the strong steel frame is built for steadiness and reliability and can accommodate a maximum load of 215kg. It is great for dumbbell workouts but can also be positioned under a rack or stands for effective barbell training.
